Faucheux K240 Micro (Klein Bagger)

This machine was built in France and its designer came up with the novel idea of a hydraulically driven single wheel attached to the digging arm as a means of getting about on site.

The Faucheux is a fairly strong looking machine and it weighed 680kg putting it at the heavyweight end of the towable digger spectrum.

The K240 had a petrol engine and full 180 degree slew operated by two hydraulic cylinders which was a step forward from the usual 130 degrees offered by Powerfab, Fleming and many other competitors.
